We will work with the customer from the first enquiry until the fireplace is installed. We can provide independent people for site checks in connection with chimney linings and flues, if required. If the fireplace allows we can hand carve or sand blast a design on to the face.

Templating

Only the hearth can be templated if we are making made to measure, the surround has to be measured, customer can supply the own plan for estimation purposes only.

The company will endeavor to fulfill its agreed commitments to all our clients. However, due to the vagaries and variations of the materials we use, we can only offer an expected time; we will not accept any liability from any loss whatsoever from any delay in delivery of our product.

Materials

The company takes great care in its selection for each client. However we use 100% natural materials, and as such, some of these materials may contain slight natural blemishes, colour variations and pitting. We reserve the right to treat, repair and use these materials wherever necessary.

All information required must be readily available, I.e. manufacturer’s templates for hob cut outs, tap holes sizes etc.

For replacement tops on existing units the following will be required:

Existing worktops removed, any sinks and hobs disconnected.

If necessary we can arrange for this to be done on your behalf, but we must know in advance and it will be subject to an additional charge
